FUND$ Financial Services Software is powerful and robust enough, even in the most basic application, to operate independently.  Basic FUND$ already provides lending services, check cashing, retail applications, ACH, money orders, wire transfers, customer history and reporting.  However, when business needs grow, users are able to increase the FUND$ system with add-on enhancement modules; FUND$ Home Office and Accounting.

FUND$ Home Office and Accounting, as an in-house business solution, facilitates home office consolidation of General Ledger, Accounts Payable and Payroll services. 

Any module can be added or subtracted, within a 1-month cycle, after FUND$ is turned on.  Without an annual agreement, only a monthly licensing fee applies.  This simplified model is simply customer-centric.

Accounting

The FUND$™ Accounting Module includes a thorough General Ledger organizing all relevant data. This module captures accounting and budget detail generated by the FUND$™ system, summarizing detail by account number to produce accurate account balances. If an entry does not balance or is invalid, it is rejected and not allowed into the system.

Financial institutions, vendors, auditors, state regulartory bodies, all appreciate accurate financial statements and business records. FUND$ will provide all that and more, while saving valuable time during report preparation. The General Ledger Module is also integrated within the Accounts Payable and Payroll Modules.

Accounts Payable

Tracking invoices by vendor, date and invoice number, scheduling payments and printing checks, as well as maintaining an historical detail are several features of the Accounts Payable Module

Accounting will enjoy the structure of this module because it allows better cash flow management at the home office, by expensing an invoice in one month then making a payment in another. It allows payment by "statement" or through scheduled date, clients no longer have to set reminders to pay invoices which helps to organize their day-to-day activities.

Payroll

The FUND$™ Payroll Module maintains historical information on employee earnings, deductions and taxation for generating payroll checks. It calculates federal, state, local and other income tax withholding such as FICA.

For reporting purposes, the Payroll Module provides several reports for tax preparation. A quarterly report of employee earnings by state is generated for state unemployment tax reporting. A report of taxable wages and corresponding taxes assist in completing both Form 940 and 941. In addition, Payroll prints year-end W-2's.
